Silver shilling of Elizabeth I of the sixth issue dating to 1582/3-83, initial mark is a bell. Obverse has the worn bust of the queen facing left with the legend [ELIZAB] D G ANG [FR] ET [HIB REGINA]. Reverse has a squared shield on long cross fourchée with the legend POSVI/[DEV] AD/I[VTOE/R] MEV. The coin appears to have been clipped.

A complete square copper alloy uniface coin weight of the early post medieval period (1454-1460) struck in Burgundy by Philip the Good (Withers 2011, 52). Fragment of copper alloy possible openwork scabbard chape, comprising one curving flat sectioned arm broken beyond a perforated oval expansion at one (containing copper alloy rivet) end, the other end broken just beyond one of three short rectangular projections on the convex outside edge, between which are multiple engraved transverse grooves. Probably later 11th- or 12th-century and from a sword scabbard. It bears some resemblance to an example from Sporle with Palgrave (HER 1058, NMS-F59326 ). Extant length 29mm. Width 5mm. 1.2mm thick.

A fragment of a copper alloy probable Roman bracelet/armlet. The strip is D-shaped in cross-section with continuous transverse grooves covering the outer face. There is a straight break across one end and the other tapers to a worn point. The surface of the metal is heavily corroded - particularly on the reverse.
The fragment is probably part of a Roman armlet or bracelet. Two examples with similar decoration were exacavated at Colchester (Crummy 1983, 40, nos. 1676 & 1679). This style dates to the 3rd or 4th century AD (ibid. 37).

A fragment of a post-Medieval copper-alloy spherical animal 'crotal' bell (1600-1800).
The suspension loop at the top and one side of the body is missing due to breaks.
The upper and lower hemispheres are divided by a prominent horizontal circumferential joining rib. The plain upper hemisphere has the remains of a circular sound hole. The lower hemisphere is decorated with 'fish-scale' motifs. At the base a small incised plaque contains incised maker's initials: S*C.
This bell has a dark green patina on the outer face and the inner face is light green.
