An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval copper alloy probable mount in the form of a bird which is double-sided and bears moulding decoration rendering on both sides and on the wings and tail. Legs pushed forward as if either landing or gripping prey; both the head and feet are missing in old break. Actual dating period unknown. The width - narrowest is 23.98mm, widest 43.90mm.

Acopper-alloy enamelled disc brooch of Roman date.
The centre of the flat-sectioned plate is occupied by a now-empty circular setting; surrounding this is a ring of alternating red and blue enamel insets. On the reverse, the copper-alloy spring and pin are attached to a single lug, and the catchplate, located opposite, is squashed.

An incomplete copper alloy Medieval buckle plate, back plate missing. It is rectangular in shape with 2 arms extending from one short end, possibly the top of the buckle. The bottom end has a circular hole on each corner each measuring about 3mm. The centre of the buckle has what appears to be a raised relief lion passant rearguardant, i.e. head looking to the rear, the body walking to the left. On the right hand side and the bottom is a border of XXXs, they do not appear on the left side, the latter showing damage. Dates to the period AD 1200 to 1500.

A pierced silver commonwealth half groat, AD 1649-1660. Obverse shows a single shield bearing the cross of St George surrounded by foliage of laurel and palm (tbc). No Obverse legend. Reverse shows two conjoined shields, one bearing the cross of St George and the other an Irish harp, .II. above with a dot border. No Reverse legend. An incomplete copper alloy Roman Colchester derivative, Polden Hill brooch dating to the period c.AD 43- 80. One wing is missing, lower bow and most of the catchplate. Spring and pin mechanism is also missing. The bow is D-shaped in cross section, decorated to the front with 3 vertical grooves; openwork catchplate and pierced end-lug on surviving wing.

A complete copper-alloy Roman penannular brooch, dating to the period AD 43 - 410. It is circular, measuring 27.11mm in diameter and has a thickness of 2.34mm. The frame is round in section with tightly coiled terminals, which fold back on themselves at right angles to the plane of the ring and terminate in rounded knops. The pin is intact, undecorated and curls under the frame. It measures 2.88mm wide at this cuff, tapering inwards in width until a point, measuring 33.02mm in length. In total, the brooch weighs 4.6g.

An incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative, double-lugged, Harlow type brooch. The lower bow and catchplate are missing . The wings are C-shaped in cross section; there are 11 spring coils visible and the catchplate extends from high up on the reverse of the bow - surviving as moulded rib. No visible decoration. The patina is very pitted. Dating to the period AD 43-100.
