A complete cast lead-alloy die of probable Medieval to Post-Medieval date, c. 1200-1700. The die is cuboidal in form, with each face having a number incised upon it. The die is of regular form, as each opposing side adds up to seven. Preserved in fair condition with an uneven brownish patina, each face of the die measures c. 13.6mm long by c. 12.6mm wide, while the entire object is 13.57mm thick and weighs 24.46g. A cut fragment originating from a sestertius struck for Faustina I, dating to c. AD 161-175. Reece period 8. Reverse: uncertain due to wear and cutting of the coin. Mint of Rome. This fragment consists c. 20% of the original flan, with the edges apparently having been hammered into a square shape before a neat truncation has removed this slice from one edge. The motivation for this action may have been votive in character, though this remains uncertain.

An incomplete lead-alloy unidentified object of uncertain date. It is conical in shape with the apex ending in an inverted cone below a circular section. It is hollow and broken into two pieces. The sides of the conical surface are decorated circumferentially with five equidistant bands of four slightly raised lines. It could be a modern decorative element or a handle of some kind, toy fragment or small tool. The use is unknown and no parallel can be found. The alloy suggests a possible modern date. A copper-alloy Roman finger ring fragment. It consists of the shoulder, the oval bezel and part of the hoop. The hoop has a D-shaped cross-section; the shoulder has a curved profile. The bezel is recessed to house a glass or gem setting now missing; the raised rim of the bezel slightly expands into a triangle with its apex tapering towards the hoop. The breaks are well worn. The fragment joins find SF-81DC06 It is assigned to the Henig's type II (1974, p. 55, fig. 1), which dates to the 1st-3rd century. Length: 16.54 mm Width: 14.54 mm Thickness of the shoulder: 4.08 mm

A complete cast copper-alloy harness pendant dating to the Medieval period, c. 1200-1400. It is circular in plan and slightly plano-convex in section, with a rounded upper face and slightly dished back. The upper surface demonstrates copious remains of gilding, while at the apex of the pendant is a projecting suspension lug set at a plane of ninety degrees to the main body of the pendant itself. Preserved in fair condition with a coarse reddish brown patina, it measures 26.99mm long, 22.95mm wide at the midpoint of the pendant, and 6.45mm thick at the suspension lug. It weighs 4.48g. …
