A pair of cast silver buckle loops, found in close association with each other, dating to the late 5th -6th centuries. Description: Both buckles are D-shaped with a narrowed offset bar for the tongues, now missing. The faces of each buckle are heavily finished and bevelled, leaving them faceted on their outer edges and smooth on the inner surfaces. The smaller of the two buckles (b) is smoother and faceting less obvious than buckle (a). Description: The handle is wide at one end and tapers and sharply curves to the other (the outsid eof the handle) The break is jagged and occured towards the body of the vessel. A very worn post-medieval silver halfcrown of William III (AD 1694-1702). c.1696-1701 AD. The obverse legend is correct GVLIELMVS. III DEI GRA, however the reverse legend shows two interlinked 'C's in two of the angles, there are none known of this type and may be an attempt at a partial copy of a Charles II half crown. This may be a contemporary copy. Also the silver content has a more base like appearance; on discovery the coin had a quite green patina. 33.4mm Diameter, Thickness 1.5mm, Weight 10.08g.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy post-medieval toy miniature cannon, dating to the period c. AD 1600 - c. AD1800. Description: The cannon is of typical form. The cascabel has a globular knob and then expands into the first reinforce. The touch hole is at the centre of a circumferentially moulded band which is concave towards its middle. The trunnions are centrally positioned and projected evenly to either side. With the touch-hole facing up, the trunnions appear to be slightly off centre sitting low on the barrel.
