Fragment of a cast copper alloy horse bell with a rounded head with an integral square suspension loop that is 19 mm wide, 18 mm in height and 5.5 mm thick, with an oval perforation that is 6 mm long and 3.5 mm wide internally. The remains of the bell expand outwards from the head, which is 34 mm in diameter, to an edge of several jagged points, the longest of which is 41 mm in length. The bell is 3 mm thick at this broken edge and 48 mm in diameter. A cast lead alloy button dating from the post-medieval period, AD1500-1700. The button survives almost complete with only limited damage around the rim. Circular in plan, it has a slightly convex front face, while the reverse demonstrates a casting seam with an integral loop set at its midpoint, the shank of which is circular in section. An incomplete copper-alloy Post-Medieval farthing traders token struck for Nathaniel Howlett, a draper based in Mildenhall, dating to 1667. Williamson 248. Obverse: the draper's arms, NATHANIEL HOWLETT Reverse: initials NH, rosette flanked by pellet above and below, IN MILDINHALL 1667. Farthing tokens were first issued in 1648 as a response to the lack of small change, with halfpenny tokens following later. They were finally suppressed in 1674 under Royal Authority. This example has been pierced off centre.

Copper alloy knife end cap or stop of 16th century date. Cylindrical with a rectangular slot housing the corroded remains of the knife tang whcih terminates in an old break just beyond the stop. On either side of the slot is an engraved rectangular fanel framing an engraved saltire cross. The top exhibits an engraved line star (asterisk). A number of similar knife caps dating to the 16th century are recorded on the PAS database including: KENT-054F5D, LVPL-079519, PUBLIC-503387, NMS-2E5E73Z and LIN-565693.

A copper alloy ring of uncertain date, from the Earliest Iron Age to the post-medieval period (c. 800 BC - AD 1800). It is circular in shape and is worn along one edge, suggesting it was attached to something. The ring is flat and oval in cross section. The ring is a dark green colour. The diameter of the ring measures 22.1mm. The ring is 3.2mm thick, and weighs 3.08g. Rings such as this would have been numerous and multi-purpose, for hanging keys from a belt for example. A complete copper alloy post medieval needle, dating to 1500-1800 AD. The head of the needle is rounded and flat (5.9mm in width), with a perforated circular hole through it. The head then narrows into the shaft of the needle, which is circular in cross section. The shaft narrows gradually until it terminates in a point. The needle has been bent across itself, and also has two smaller bends nearer the terminal point. It measures 67.1mm in length, 2.1mm in width across the shaft, and weighs 2.35g.
