An incomplete copper alloy two part folding strap clasp frame, of Medieval dating (c. AD 1350 to AD 1400). The clasp frame has an incomplete rectangular frame with an integrally cast zoomorphic or animal head design facing along the frame. with the mouth along the outer edge. The head is in high relief and has fine detailing, with raised pointed ears, a protruding snout, a band of diagonal grooves above the eyes and grooves radiating from either side of the snout, which probably represents the animal's pelt. A complete copper alloy knife end cap or stop, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1600). The end cap takes the shape of two outward facing opposing animal heads, probably dogs. Both heads have rounded, beak-like snouts and open mouths. The eyes are formed of small circular recesses set in a raised brow. Between the heads on both sides and at the top is a deep V shaped longitudinal groove. The base of the necks is thickened and decorated on each side with a groove. The 'manilla' has been cast in the form of a small penannular arm bracelet which is circular in cross-section. On end gradually expands to form a flattened sub-circular terminal. A complete copper alloy stirrup strap mount of late early medieval dating (AD 1000 to AD 1100). The stirrup strap mount is sub square in shape, with a flat cross section. The front exhibits openwork decoration with a central animal head, with a further smaller head above and to the side. An incomplete, copper alloy bell of probable Medieval copper dating (AD100 to AD1500). The bell has a spherical sounding chamber with holes flanking two transverse slots. The bell terminates in an attached mount which at one time would have been longer, and pierced to allow fitting to a ring, as in similar examples. The pea inside the bell is still intact and the bell still sounds. The bell was probably used for hawking. The bell is 15.3mm in diameter, 17.9 mm tall and weighs 4.7g. Similar bells can be found on the database at CORN-EF2EB0 and LEIC-FB5012.

The mount was probably part of a bucket or other vessel The mount consists of a moulded copper alloy sitting bird with a flat base. The underside of the base shows evidence of connection to another object, possibly an iron ring, as in similar examples. The head of the bird is tilted back from a curved neck.
