An irregular copper-alloy probable cast finger-ring, likely Bronze Age/Iron Age or Early-medieval in date. Discussion: The ring is roughly D-shaped in plan with a much thinner flatter edge flatter. The band varies in cross section from circular to D-shaped. The ring is heavily patinated and pitted. Measurements:27.27mm wide, 23.97mm high, 4.18mm thick and 6.77g in weight. A complete post Medieval (16th century) cast one-piece lead alloy button. The head is discoidal, with aconvex front and flat back. The decoration consists of a central pellet with three arm radiating out; one arm lies from a pellet at twelve o'clock to the pellet at six o'clock, the third shorter arm is from the central pellet to between nine and ten o'clock.
