A mostly complete cast copper-alloy small-long brooch of probable Anglo-Saxon attribution dating to the Early Medieval period, c. 450-480 AD. Only the main shaft of the pin is missing, with the rest of the object preserved intact. It demonstrates a rectangular headplate with very slightly incurved sides, the border of which is decorated with stamped annulets around its entire edge. On the reverse face of the headplate a single projecting pin-lug is visible, with the wound remains of the upper iron pin still concreted to it. A complete cast copper-alloy buckle and plate dating to the Early-Medieval period, c. 600-850 AD. The buckle itself is 'D' shaped, with a circular-sectioned frame and wound copper-alloy pin surviving intact as it wraps around the strap bar. The plate is rectangular in plan, formed of a piece of sheet metal wrapped around the strap bar with a central rectangular cut-out for the pin. At the back edge of the plate are two parallel circular rivet holes, around and in one of which is ferrous corrosion product- suggesting that these were originally present and manufactured of iron. A complete probable Early Medieval sword pyramid mount dating from c. 580-800 AD. Although the term 'pyramid' is generally applied to this form of object due to its shape normally being a square pyramid, this example is in the form of a cone. The object is plain and undecorated. It is hollow underneath and at the base there is an integral sub-rectangular sectioned bar running across the centre for attachment to the sword belt. The mount has a mid-green patina. The head of the brooch is mostly missing with only a small fragment and one partial wing remaining. A complete copper alloy stirrup strap mount of late early medieval dating (AD 1000 to AD 1100). The stirrup strap mount is sub square in shape, with a flat cross section. The front exhibits openwork decoration with a central animal head, with a further smaller head above and to the side. Below projects a bit which divides into three wards that bend at a right angle to the rest of the bit. Above the stem is the rectangular in cross-section stump of another projection (possibly a second bit).
