Roman plate brooch dating from the second century in the form of a trefoil with a missing hinged pin and catchplate, Hattatt, 1122/1616. The upper surface of the brooch has three raised bluntly pointed domes each 10mm in diameter and 6mm high. A broken small loop projects from one face above the lower hinged pin attachment. The object is in fair condition, is 34mm long, 28mm wide, 14mm thick and weighs 10.08g.

Copper alloy medieval English jetton, c.AD 1280 - 1350. The obverse has a facing crowned king's bust with a small round hole from a punch in the centre. Erosion of the outer edges mean no visible lettering remains. The reverse has a raised long cross extending to the outer edges, raised teardrop-shaped elements within each quarter of the cross, and a raised central pellet from the central punch. The jetton is in poor condition, is 17mm in diameter and weighs 0.90g.

An incomplete copper-alloy La Tene brooch of late Iron Age / early Roman date, c.100 BC - AD 100. The brooch is formed from a single piece of metal. The bow is rectangular in section, tapering at the head to a narrower integral spring with only part of one turn remaining. The catchplate is formed by the foot of the bow being hammered at a 90 degree angle to create a flat sub-triangular plate which has been damaged. The object is in fair condition, is 50mm long, 3mm wide, 15mm thick and weighs 3.31g.

Copper alloy book clasp. The slightly flared posterior end is decorated on the upper surface by an impressed circular motif surrounded by geometric and floral decoration, and has a single copper alloy rivet penetrating near the rear face and projecting from the lower surface. The anterior end also has an impressed decoration of floral and geometric elements within a zig-zag border, and has a downward facing flattened hook. The object is in fair condition, is 47mm long, 17mm wide, 4mm thick and weighs 4.55g.
