An incomplete copper alloy double looped spectacle buckle of medieval to post medieval date, c. AD 1350 - 1650 (Whitehead 1996, 54). Description: Only one loop remains intact and the pin is missing. The remaining frame consists of one D-shaped loop and D-shaped in cross-section. The frame has some moulded decoration on the outer edge each lobe of which is picked out with a subtle incised line. A hardly worn early Post-Medieval Venetian soldino (late) or 'Galley halfpenny' of Doge Leonardo Loredan (1501-1521), minted at Venice between 1501-1521. Measurements:12.41mm in diameter, 0.48mm thick and 0.31g in weight. Discussion: The silver soldino of Venice was known as the galyhalpens (galley-halfpence) as it was brought by the annual Venetian trading fleets. The soldino was about the size of English halfpennies and was popular because of a contemporary lack of small change.

An incomplete and corroded toy watch face dating c.AD 1700-1750. Description: The object would originally have been a flat disc but it is now heavily fragmented and warped. Much of the in relief decoration is heavily obscured by patination or corrosion. Just visible a the centre is an almond shaped eye just below a number of outward facing triangles.
