An incomplete copper alloy brooch. A Colchester derivative, Polden Hill type. The wings are complete, open to the top and rear and terminating in a perforated wing cap at either end. These are sub-oval, expanding backwards and have an off-centre drilled circular perforation, holding a copper alloy axis bar in situ. The wings are plain. A large section of a tegula type rooftile dating to the Roman period, c. 43-410 AD. The fragment consists around 25% of the original tile, demonstrating the outer body and part of the raised edge. Demonstrating a high-fired bright orange fabric, the fragment is broadly sub-rectangular in plan and 'L' shaped in profile, it survives to a length of 127.62mm, 64mm wide at its widest point, and 46.51mm thick at the midpoint of its raised outer edge. It weighs 324g.

A post-medieval lead alnage bag seal likely dating to the reign of James I (1603-1625). The seal survives oval in plan with the sides and attachment tab folded over the front of the object. The front is emblazoned with a trifolate crown motif, with high central fleur. There is a fleur de lis below The reverse is plain and flat. A similar alnage seal of James as indicated by the initials "I-R" and thought to be of a pre-restoration type therefore James I rather than James II, is illustrated by Egan (1994, No.125, Fig.26)

A complete copper alloy hooked clasp dress fastener.The front is moulded and the rear face is flat. It has an openwork plate pierced with six perforations two circular flanking the main part of the plae, two kidney-shaped and two sub circular set around the central element of an inverted fleur de lys. A late medieval copper alloy French crown type jetton c.1385-1422. The obverse depicts a crown with a central fleur de lis in the centre and two smaller lateral lis and three mullets across the face of the crown. The legend is blundered, starting with a cross patee +BADAIVPABVRADBVAPBADVAI The reverse has a triple stranded straight cross fleuretty within a four arched tressure. There are letter A's within the four angles formed by the tressure and also inside the tressure adjacent to these.
