A copper alloy, dolphin type, Roman brooch. This particular brooch has the distinguishable curved stem, giving it the name dolphin. At one end, there is two wings, one side curvular facing the stems arch, with the reverse side being flat. The condition of the brooch is corroded, with one wing being bent.

A small post medieval lead item in the shape of a Canterbury Cross. The arms are of equal length and widen to a hammer shape at the end with beads at the outer corners. One arm is missing. Each arm has a central vane with barbs to the outer ridge. There is a small square panel in the centre of the cross. There is a small knob, possibly a suspension mount, at the top.

An incomplete copper-alloy crotal bell of post-medieval date, c.AD 1500 - 1800. Much of the lower hemisphere has been lost to old worn breaks. The surviving upper hemisphere has an integral rectangular suspension loop projecting from the apex. The loop is flanked by two sounding holes below which is a faint median band which was intended to imitate the earlier two-piece crotal bells. The surface is decorated with a series of parallel incised ovate panels. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The bell is 25.9mm long, 33mm in diameter, 1.4mm thick and weighs 25.3g.

A copper-alloy medieval Nuremberg 'Lion of Saint Mark' jetton, dating to the period AD 1500-1570. Obverse depicting the nimbate and winged Lion of Saint Mark standing left with raised tail, holding a Book of Gospel in his raised right fore-paw. Reverse depicting the imperial orb surmounted by a cross within a tressure, with three main arches. It has a diameter of 26.08mm, a thickness of 1.16mm and weighs 2.53g. There is a piercing at 11 o'clock, measuring 2.26mm in diameter. For similar jettons cf. Mitchiner vol.I p.360.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy winged chape dating from the Early Iron Age, c. 800-600 BC. The chape is missing sections from the ends of both wings and is damaged and distorted in the central section. Overall in plan the chape has two long swept-back wings which are sub-triangular section and that taper as they extend away from the hollow central section. The opening for the scabbard is of pointed-oval form with a raised collar above around the opening. This is now damaged and distorted.
