Fragment of a lead-alloy object of uncertain identity, of post-medieval to modern date (c. 1700 - 1930 AD), probably a toy model. The fragment appears to have slotted onto something. It is sub-triangular in shape, tapering from a relatively straight if slightly chipped and dented edge to the jagged edge where it has broken off. The front face is ornately decorated in moulded relief. A raised band runs transversally across the wider end of the fragment, decorated with two parallel transverse ridges with vertical ridges running between the two. The inner boundary of this raised section …

A fragment of sheet copper alloy, probably dating to the Medieval period (c. AD 1000-1500). The fragment is now roughly square in shape, with a geometric design of three inter-connecting incised semi-circles on the face. The two vertical edges have been cut following the lines of the deocration on the face of the object, whilst the two horizontal edges are straight. The top edge has a flattened lip measuring 6.44mm in length and the lower edge has a mottled border from which the semi-circles extend. The semi-circles are double lined and with dashed or zig-zag incised decoration in bet…

A small copper alloy object that resembles a stylus or could possibly be a fastening pin for an item of clothing. The object is mainly circular in cross-section tapering at one end to a straight-ended flattened delta and at the other to a rounded point, the tip of which is now slightly bent and appears worn. Two sides of the object bear what appear to be casting lines.

A small copper alloy object that resembles an axle or roller. The object is one piece of metal, but can be understood to consist of three areas that are contiguous; a central shaft and two circular projections of unequal size that emerge from and encircle it. The shaft emerging from the largest projection appears to terminate abruptly, possibly indicating that is continued further or has broken. The other smaller projection tapers smoothly to a rounded end. The entire object follows a slight curve, which may be a product of some action upon it after deposition rather than its original…

A small copper alloy object, possibly part of a catch or attachment fitting, maybe from a clasp. The main plate is pierced with a 2mm wide round hole. The object as a whole when viewed from above is the shape of an flat ended teardrop. From the side there is a curvature that follows through into a semi-closed hook-like projection. The object appears undecorated.
