An incomplete cast copper alloy steelyard (scale with beam arms of unequal length), and suspension chains / loops of Roman date (1st to 2nd Century AD).
The steelyard consists of a round sectioned arm with notched calibrations which are now very faint. These may have been for the suspension of cords or trays at different points depending on what was being weighed. hole at the rounded end and two similarly sized loops offset on either side. The side loops correspond with the two sets of calibration notches.

A complete copper-alloy seal matrix of Medieval date in very good condition. The seal matrix is pointed oval in plan ('vessica'), with a raised band running down the centre on the reverse and a semi-circular lug at one end drilled with a circular perforation. On the front of the object is a central design depicting Mary seated holding the infant Christ. A solid linear border separates the device from the inscription. An incomplete cast copper-alloy winged chape dating from the Early Iron Age, c. 800-600 BC. The chape is missing sections from the ends of both wings and is damaged and distorted in the central section. Overall in plan the chape has two long swept-back wings which are sub-triangular section and that taper as they extend away from the hollow central section. The opening for the scabbard is of pointed-oval form with a raised collar above around the opening. This is now damaged and distorted. The lower, outer edge of the chape has a stepped moulding to the rounded basal section.

A Medieval silver halfgroat of Henry VI (AD 1422-1461). Long cross annulet issue dating to AD 1422-1427. Minted in Calais. Single saltire punctuation on obverse and double saltire punctuation on reverse. Reverse also bears a single annulet after 'POSVI' and one in the central pellets. No reverse initial mark.
