A Medieval silver halfgroat of Henry VI (AD 1422-1461). Long cross annulet issue dating to AD 1422-1427. Minted in Calais. Single saltire punctuation on obverse and double saltire punctuation on reverse. Reverse also bears a single annulet after 'POSVI' and one in the central pellets. No reverse initial mark. North N1429.

An incomplete silver half groat of theMedieval period in the reign of Edward IV first reign, light coinage (AD1464-1470).
Obverse description: Bust facing, quatrefoils both sides of neck, surrounded by nine arch treasure.
Obverse inscription: EDWARD DI GRA REX ANGL Z FRA.
Reverse description: Long cross fitchee with three pellets in each quarter
Reverse inscription: POSUI DEUM {AUDITORE]M MEUM. CIVITAS CANTOR.
