Prehistoric core, a worked nodule of black/brown flint, with some original cortex remaining. The nodule is irregularly shaped and shows evidence of having been worked from different angles at widely spaced intervals, as some of the worked facets have recorticated and some haven't. Some of the removals are of narrow bladelets and are probably Mesolithic in date, but it has probably been reworked in the Neolithic, or possibly the Bronze age. Maximum length 91.5mm, width 63.5mm, thickness 41.0mm; mass 234g.

Mesolithic blade, formed on a tertiary flake of orange/brown flint. It is in the form of an elongated leaf in plan and is roughly trapezoidal in section with four facets on the dorsal face, and a slight longitudinal curve to the ventral face, with shallow invasive retouch at the tip. Length 44.1mm, width 14.7mm, thickness 3.8mm, mass 2.4g.
