A complete Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy cup weight (c. 1485-c. 1547). This cup weight, part of a set, is circular in plan with straight sides that flare out from the base towards the plain rim. The base is convex and the floor of the cup is concave. At the centre of the floor there is a central circular pit which is probably related to lathe-work. Adjacent to the pit are two stamped motifs: a rose and a lower case 'h'. An incomplete and bent Roman copper alloy brooch of Colchester-derivative, Polden Hill type. The pin and catch plate are missing. The wings are semi-cylindrical with circular pierced end caps. There is an integral loop at the head end of the bow. The bow has a triangular cross-section at the head end, a more circular cross-section in the centre of the bow and a flat rectangular cross-section at the foot. An incomplete early post-medieval (c.1500-1650) copper alloy double oval buckle frame, missing most of one frame but retaining its copper alloy pin. The surviving loop has angled outside edges triangular in cross-section.
