A post medieval copper alloy jetton dating from AD 1490 - 1585 and of Nuremberg manufacture. It is a ship jetton but the legends are illegible and the details are not visible. Obverse: Stylised ship (the 'Galley of France') sailing to the left. Unclear legend. Reverse: Four lys in a double-lined lozenge with three pellets along each side of the lozenge. Unclear legend. It is 26.4mm in diameter and mm in diameter and 0.5mm thick. It weighs 1.14gm. Compare Mitchiner (1988) Volume 1 number 1121 onwards.

An incomplete copper alloy Nuremberg jetton of uncertain master dating from AD 1490-1585. It has been bent into an uneven U shape. It is probably a Rose/Orb type; the tressure and orb are just visible inside the fold. It is 22.9mm in diameter and 0.7mm thick. It weighs 0.9gm.

A copper-alloy medieval Nuremberg 'Ship-penny' jetton dating to the period AD 1490-1550. Obverse depicting a sailing ship. Reverse depicting four fleurs de lis in a lozenge. It has a diameter of 24.72mm, a thickness of 0.85mm and weighs 0.85g.
