Medieval (late 14th to early 16th century) annular buckle pin: In plan, the copper alloy pin is a long slender rectangle with a rounded blunt tip. The opposite terminal has a fragment of a rounded penannular loop or annular loop which would be fixed around the bar of the frame. On the upper surface the pin is decorated with a transverse ridge. The surface of the pin is in fair condition and has an abraded mid-brown matte patina. The buckle pin measures 40.23mm long, 7.48mm wide at the loop and 4.1mm thick. It weighs 3.36g. Medieval (15th century) spur arms: A cast copper alloy spur fragment with a break which is not recent. The other terminal forms an obliquely angled '8' shape with perforations with a collar between it and the arm. The arm is a D-shape in section. The surface is corroded and abraded with traces of a mid green patina. It measures 35.47mm long, 15.46mm across the loops and weighs 4.28g. The Museum of London Catalogue illustrates similar examples with the '8' shaped terminals and describes these as coming from commonly rowel-spurs rather than prick spurs. These '8' shaped terminals…

Medieval (c. 1350 to 1400) clasp plate: The clasp plate is an elongated rectangular sheet which has been folded across the narrow edge. Both plates have a rivet hole in the centre of the narrow edge opposite the folded edge. The surface of the plate has a shiny mid blue-green patina. The strap end measures 20.26mm long, 3.84mm wide, 3.14mm thick weighs 1.61g. The plate is a clasp plate rather than a buckle plate as there is not a slot for the pin. In Egan and Pritchard (2002) there are similar clasp plate, particularly Nos. 555 and 569 and probably dates to between c. 1350 to 14…

Medieval (12th to 15th centuries) spindle whorl: A cast lead or lead alloy spindle whorl which is sub-circular in plan and in profile is biconical. There is a central sub-circular perforation which is 9.26mm diameter. The surface of the spindle whorl is decorated on both faces with multiple high-relief pellets and fine ridges on one face and a irregular high-relief cross-hatching on the other.
