Cast copper alloy cauldron foot, trapezium-shaped in plan, triangular in profile, broken at the point where it would have attached to a leg of the cauldron. The front of the foot is divided in to a flat panels that are at a 45 degree angle from the base and divided by one central mid-rib which runs vertically from the broken edge to the 'toe' edge of the foot. There is no sign of a collar above the foot where it extends into the leg. An incomplete Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy double-looped buckle (c. 1350-c. 1650).
The pin is missing.
The frame is convex at the front and broadly flat and internally bevelled at the rear. Each loop is similar in size, oval in plan. The narrowed bar is sub-circular in cross-section. There is iron staining on the bar. Each loop is upturned from the centre at an angle of about 5°.
The frame has a green patina.
Length: 23.8mm; width: 21.5mm; thickness: 2.3mm. Weight: 2.37g.
Similar buckles have been published and dated c. 1350-1650 (Whitehead 2003: 53).

A fragment of a medieval lead-alloy pilgrim badge of St Adrian of Grammont (Geraardsbergen), dating to c. 1450-1500. The fragment consists of the upper part of the badge which when complete would have depicted a figure standing upon a lion, holding a sword and an inscribed scroll. The fragment depicts a forward-facing, bearded face with a helmet with central cut out and hair flowing either side. There is a halo consisting of two concentric rings surrounding the head. A post-medieval cast lead-alloy token, dating to the period c.1500-1800. The token is decorated on both faces with linear designs in shallow relief. The design on one side resembles an uppercase letter 'B' within a cross-hatched triangle; the other side has a branch-like design with what looks like a small 'C S'. Whether the lettering upon both faces is intentional is, however, uncertain.

A complete hardly worn cast copper-alloy cosmetic mortar, of late Iron Age to early Roman date, c.late 1st century BC - c. 2nd century AD.
Description: The mortar is roughly boat shaped being formed by a large crescent which taper at each end and is wider and dished in the middle. One end tapers to a large circular knop while the other has been folded over and hammered down, likely when heated into the base/back of the mortar creating a loop terminal and a slight flange on the base. Roman (2nd to early 3rd century) spatula handle: The copper alloy handle, which has been cast is in the form of a a three-dimensional bust. The figure wears a high-crested helmet which at the apex has an incomplete ridge. At the base of the helmet hair protrudes which is defined by obliquely angled notches. A D-shaped chopper likely of lower Palaeolithic date c.420,000BC - c. 374,000BC.
Description: The denticulate is formed from a roughly D-shaped secondary flint flake. With uneven semi-abrupt retouch along the rounded edge, angled from the dorsal face. Some of the retouch forms two concave dips in the edge which appear to have been intentional, this creates a s-shaped choping edge. - everted rim with one flash line beneath heavy external sooting, diameter c.270mm.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy fragment originating from an Early-Medieval florid cruciform brooch of Early Anglo Saxon attribution, dating c. 525-575 AD. The fragment consists the foot of the brooch, taking the form of an anthropomorphic 'mask' decorated in style I, with prominent eyes, nose, curled hair and a probable moustache visible. The upper edge of the fragment demonstrates a worn break consistent with old damage, while the reverse face of the brooch is completely plain and featureless.
