Copper alloy decorative horse furniture or belt mount in the shape of a flower consisting of six outer petals interspersed with knops to the outer edge. The petals are formed with ridges to their outer edges and also raised interior decoration. Inside this outer petals ring there is a further six petal ring, again with ridged outer surfaces and inner decoration. Inside this is a third six round stamens or pellets surrounding the central hole. Diameter 35.64mm, 2.24mm thick. Weighs 12.38g. The central hole is 4.3mm diameter. There is the remians of a loop at the top of the head where the pine would afix, but the catchplate is missing from the base and one side lug is also truncated. The brooch has become much more bowed than it would have been originally. Date 80-120AD. 30.95mm long, 22mm wide across wings, 4.65mm thick. Weighs 3.37g. Ref. Hattat Fig. 181 page 322.

~~Copper alloy Polden Hill type brooch with rearward facing lugs on either end of the wings that would have held the spring support bar, which is now missing. There is the remians of a loop at the top of the head which would have held the external cord for the spring. The front of the brooch is heavily corroded resulting in the loss of great detail. The bow is truncated at its apex resulting in the loss of the leg and catchplate. Date 80-120AD. 25.95mm long, 13.67mm wide at top across wings, 5mm wide at base, 10.65mm thick. Weighs 4.57g. Ref. DOC]' Weighs 1.65 grammes and is 17.9mm diameter, 1.02mm thick. During the mid-17th century (c.1648-1672), due to a shortage of official coins, halfpenny and farthing tokens were issued by private businesses to facilitate small change exchange.

A Post-medieval copper alloy mount dating to the 17th century. The mount is broadly hexagonal in shape, in the design of a flower with six petals and a raised centre.
