An incomplete and corroded Medieval to post-Medieval copper-alloy double-looped buckle (c. 1350-c. 1650). The pin is missing. The frame is convex at the front and flat at the rear. Each loop is similar in size, oval in plan and bevelled internally on the upper face. The narrowed bar is triangular in cross-section. Each loop is angle upwards from the bar at an angle of about 8-10°. This frame is largely brownish green with light green corrosion products. A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy spherical animal 'crotal' bell (1600-1800). The sub-rectangular suspension loop at the top is about 7.0 mm long, 12.7mm wide, 6.9mm thick and has a circular aperture. The upper and lower hemispheres are divided by a prominent horizontal circumferential joining rib. At either side of the suspension loop, about half way down the side of the upper hemisphere, is a circular sound hole. These sound holes are particularly small and one is blocked by iron corrosion.
