An unidentified artefact of uncertain date. The artefact is fragmentary being cast from lead alloy. Originally it may have been circular - but only a small section now survives. The fragment has a clear casting seam on both the side edges which has been trimmed and filed. The upper surface has a small circular boss extending from the mid point - whilst the lower section is plain. An incomplete cast copper alloy bell of Roman date (100-350). The bell was originally sub-circular in plan but only a fragment survives. An integral cast sub-rectangular projection - suspension loop - is present on the upper edge if the bell which is pierced by a circular worn hole (diameter: 7.6mm). The exterior of the bell is heavily eroded and corroded resulting in the loss of most of the patinated surface. An incomplete copper alloy cruciform brooch of Early-Medieval date. All that remains is one pelta-shaped, or fan-like, terminal arm extending from a central square panel. The panel is decorated with a crudely incised border and the surface is scratched. An integral semi-circular lug extends from the centre of the reverse of the panel, probably the remains of the hinge mechanism. The metal has a mid-brown patina and is worn. The brooch is 23.1mm long, 15mm wide, 8.5mm thick and weighs 3.4g.

The base of a shallow cast copper alloy vessel with a rolled rim of uncertain but possibly Roman date. The vessel is heavily abraded and corroded and only the central bowl and part of the rolled rim survive. The internal surface of the bowl is encrusted with copper corrosion. The reverse is abraded and corroded with little original surface patina surviving. Within the corrosion there seem to be the remains of hammered decoration comprising of shallow dish shaped marks arranged in circumferential rings .
