A complete Post Medieval copper-alloy French Double Tournois of Frédéric-Henri de Nassau dated AD1640. The obverse depicts the bust of the ruler in profile facing right, surrounded by the inscription FR[ED.]HENR.D[.G.PRI.A]. The reverse of the coin has 3 fleur-de-lys in triangle formation, surrounded by the legend [D]OVBLE.[TOVRNOIS.1]640. The coin is quite worn on both sides, with patches of light and dark brown patina. A gold inscribed finger-ring of Medieval date. This finger-ring has a rectangular cross-section of 3.2mm width and 0.9mm thickness. The band forms an approximate circle, slightly squashed into a subtle oval, the external diameter measurement 21.8mm across the widest axis and 20.3mm across the axis 90 degrees from the widest axis. An early Post Medieval cast lead tin alloy hooked tag. The plate is lozenge-shaped in plan with a raised border of pellets. In the centre there is a quartered lozenge with a central pellet. Between the outer rim and inner lozenge there is a raised line and eight circles with central pellets. At the back, the soldered sheet loop is still present, but the iron wire hook is incomplete with the tip broken and missing. This type of clasp is designated a Class D, type 3, by Read (2008) and is very similar to his No.219. It measures 42.68mm x 30mm x 3.2mm thick and weighs 9.1grams. …

A late medieval to early post-medieval lead token (15th - early 16th century). Cross and Pellets series, London manufacture. The obverse depicts a fleur-de-lis in the central field surrounded with a border of oblique rays. The reverse of the token depicts a cross with a pellet-in-annulet in each quarter inside a linear circle, surrounded by a border of oblique rays. In plan view the weight is circular and plano-convex in section with a domed top and a flattened base. The shape of the weight is rather irregular, with one side standing slightly higher than the other. In the centre of the object, a circular aperture is visible.
