Incomplete cast copper alloy double-looped spectacle buckle with internally straight inside edges and widened exterior edges to each loop. The upper face of each loop has continuous, transverse, oblique, engraved lines but the surface is so corroded and pitted that it any detail has gone. There appears to be no pin rest and the pin is now missing. The pin bar is narrowed and flush with the frame.
