Incomplete lead alloy ampulla of the Medieval Period, dating from c.AD 1200 - AD 1400.
The obverse, the more rounded face of the ampulla, has been squashed and is now concave and shows a Type II scallop shell (Spencer 1990, Salisbury & South Wiltshire Museum Medieval Catalogue Part 2 p.59). Above the scallop design is an unclear device consisting of a triangle made out of raised lines. An incomplete, copper alloy Roman brooch of the trumpet variety, dating from AD 75 - 175. The remaining portion consists of the head and part of the bow. On the shoulder of the bow is an acanthus moulding of three petals above and below the median ridge; the moulding is on the upper side of the bow only. A complete copper alloy thimble likely dating to the Late Medieval period c. AD 1400-1500. The thimble is either cast domed or beehive shaped, with horizontal rows of uneven, hand-stamped round pits, continuing in an arrangement of concentric rings, beginning as a spiral at the top of the thimble. There is a horizontal band of plain sheet at the base of the thimble, bordering the opening. The object is damaged slightly and one side has been dented vertically.
The thimble is 22.1mm diameter, 1.1mm thick and weighs 23.3mm high and weighs 7.96 grams.

Approximately 50% of the brooch is present, with the pin and foot missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The rest of the brooch is intact.

A complete cast copper alloy domed / beehive thimble of the Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1350 - c. AD 1450.
The thimble is of the beehive or domed shape, and is circular in plan. A series of circular holes or indentations have been punched around the sides in continuous vertical lines to the domed top. The very top of the thimble is tonsured, not stamped and is undecorated. It has a circular perforation in the centre. The base of the thimble has been decorated with two concentric horizontal grooves and is circular in plan.

A complete copper alloy rotary casket key of Medieval date. The bow is cicular and attached to the shank just above the mid-point. The shank is sub-rectangular in section and has a cyclindrical end. The bit is relatively simple in form, it is sub-rectangular with a small square cleft cut out on either side. The key is mid-green in colour.
