A copper alloy enamelled Roman T-shape (deloped) brooch dating to the period c. AD 50 - 150. The brooch features a rectangular plate projecting from the centre of the head above the pin slot. The plate has an engrailed top edge. The cylindrical wings contain the corroded remains of the iron axis bar for the hinged pin. The pin is in situ and terminates in an old break. The wings are decorated by two longitudinal grooves on each wing. The bow extends back from the head at a nearly ninety degree angle.
