Flake with hard hammer flake removal from the dorsal side, a prominent bulb on the ventral, and short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect along one side of one end. A notch is the result of possibly later impact on the edge. The unpatinated state of retouch may suggest a flake was picked up and reused a significant period after its initial formartion.
