A complete medieval to post-medieval cast lead spindle whorl with decoration on both sides consisting on one side of lines radiating from the centre outwards, and 3 pellets in between each line arranged in a triangle. The other side consists of a pattern of radiating lines from the centre outwards with a dot in each section and a cross. There is a circular perforation in the centre which measures 15.58mm. It is circular in plan and bi-conical in profile, with a wide rim around the circumference. It is slightly worn and the metal is cream in colour and dark brown in between the pattern…
