A copper-alloy double-loop buckle of post-Medieval date. The symmetrical frame has two sides that are broadly 'D' shaped, both in plan and cross section, but with a wider, flat-surfaced, pointed pin rest at the centre of both the right- and left-hand sides. The pin, loosely looped around the central axis bar, has a trapezoidal cross section and straight sides which taper to a pointed tip.

A complete lead or lead alloy token of the Medieval to Post Medieval period (AD 1400 - AD 1800). The obverse depicts five raised lines with are separating the circle into five segments (Powell Type 3). The reverse is undecorated. The casting sprue is still present as a sub rectangular knop at the top of the token. The token has a diameter of 24.3 mm (including the casting knop and 20.4 mm without the casting knop). A copper-alloy single-loop buckle of medieval date. The frame is D-shaped in plan, has sloping upper surfaces, a flat underside and an offset axis bar. The two tabs linking the rectangular front plate and incomplete back plate have been folded around this bar. Two copper-alloy rivets, located at the corners at the frame end of the plate, join together the upper and lower plates, with two empty rivet holes at the opposite end of the upper plate. The now-missing pin would originally have been looped around the axis bar via the space between the two aforementioned plate tabs.

Dark grey flint gunflint. The finder kindly cites WAW-DAC006 as a parallel. Knapped rectangular plano-convex flint with bevelled edges on its convex side, and with impact scars from use at both its ends. For earlier periods this would be used with a firelock musket or wheel lock pistol, for which ignition of the propellant charge was by sparks from a struck flint gripped in the jaws of a holder, rather than the slow match or impregnated cord which was used with most larger weapons such as muskets and hand guns until the later 17th century. A silver plated copper alloy contemporary copy of a silver Roman siliqua of Valens, prototype dating to the period AD 364-367 (Reece Period 19). RESTITVTOR REP (for REIP) reverse type depicting the emperor standing, head left, holding labarum and Victory on globe. Prototype Mint, probably Lyon or Arles. The mintmark ends with * , but this apparently not recorded on any siliqua of this type.

An almost complete cast copper alloy socketed axe of Late Bronze Age date (1000 - 800 BC). The object can be classified as the Ewart Park phase of metalwork. The object is sub-rectangular in plan with the cutting edge expanding outwards to form a convex cutting edge. The cutting edge is damaged and worn which occurred both in recent and ancient times. The cutting edge measures 53.47mm in width and is 3.29mm thick. A fragment of a copper-alloy double-loop buckle of post-Medieval date. The remaining piece of the frame indicates that this was once a symmetrical buckle with two D-shaped sides. Just under half of the left-hand side of the frame survives, along with the central axis bar and a small remnant of the right-hand side. The more complete side is generally of flat section, but there is a miscast area at the top, where the upper surface of the frame is concave. Dark brown flint of good quality with cortex spot knife. Leaf-shaped flake with two broad flakes removed from the dorsal side and with a bulb at one end and a positive hinge fracture at the other end of the ventral side. Short abrupt retouch executed from the dorsal aspect enhances a short cutting edge on one side; other chips probably represent fortuitous damage. A copper alloy medieval strap slide dating to the period c. AD 1300 - 1400. The strap slide consists of a rectangular frame with one side expanded out into a six-sided lenticular shape. This slide is slightly convex and has an incised groove running around the edge of create a border. There are incised parallel lines visible on several of the surfaces of the strap slide which may be tool marks. The object has a dark green shiny patina. The strap slide measures 24.84mm in length, 9.81mm maximum width, 3.32mm minimum width and weighs 5.73g.
