An incomplete cast copper-alloy buckle, probably a spur buckle, of Medieval date. It is in two joining fragments and is missing its pin due to old breaks. The buckle has an oval frame that is oval in section, with slight triangular projections where frame and integral plate meet. At the inner edge of the frame the plate has a large circular pin hole. A copper alloy medieval seal matrix dating to the period c. AD 1250 - 1300. The seal matrix is a pointed oval shape and features a D-shaped integral pierced lug on the reverse. There is a longitudinal ridge extending from the bottom of the pierced loop to the tip of the seal matrix on the reverse. A copper-alloy double-loop buckle frame of medieval to post-Medieval date. A central axis bar divides the frame into two sub-rectangular sides. The right- and left-hand sides of the frame are decorated by a series of moulded lobes, the bottom sides bow outwards and the top sides are almost horizontal. A medieval cast copper-alloy buckle frame. The frame is oval, with an offset bar, the bar being distorted as a result of old damage. There is a grooved pin rest in the centre of the pointed outside edge, flanked to each side by a double moulding parallel to the groove; the mouldings project slightly beyond the outside edge, to the front of the buckle. It is bevelled both externally and internally on the front. A thick sheet pin survives looped around the bar. An incomplete copper alloy medieval annular brooch dating to the period c. AD 1250 - 1450. The brooch comprises an oval frame with bevelled edges and incised with a series of grooves around the entirety of the obverse of the frame. The reverse is undecorated. The pin features an integrally cast perforation, the ends of which have been overlapped to close around the frame. It features a small knop on either side of the loop and then tapers to a point. The brooch measures 28.21mm in diameter (internal diameter 24.14mm), is 1.74mm thick and weighs 2.31g.

An incomplete and distorted copper-alloy frame from a medieval single-loop buckle. The frame comprises a strip of flat section which narrows towards the inner side, where it terminates in two opposing axis bar cylinders. The axis bar is largely missing, but iron corrosion on both cylinders attests to its former composition. Longitudinal lines of rocker-arm grooves decorate the outer face of the frame.

A copper-alloy single-loop buckle of medieval date. The frame is D-shaped in plan, has sloping upper surfaces, a flat underside and an offset axis bar. The two tabs linking the rectangular front plate and incomplete back plate have been folded around this bar. Two copper-alloy rivets, located at the corners at the frame end of the plate, join together the upper and lower plates, with two empty rivet holes at the opposite end of the upper plate. The now-missing pin would originally have been looped around the axis bar via the space between the two aforementioned plate tabs.

A copper alloy medieval strap slide dating to the period c. AD 1300 - 1400. The strap slide consists of a rectangular frame with one side expanded out into a six-sided lenticular shape. This slide is slightly convex and has an incised groove running around the edge of create a border. There are incised parallel lines visible on several of the surfaces of the strap slide which may be tool marks. The object has a dark green shiny patina. The strap slide measures 24.84mm in length, 9.81mm maximum width, 3.32mm minimum width and weighs 5.73g.

A complete cast copper alloy uniface coin weight, of Medieval to Post Medieval dating (c. AD 1350 to c. AD 1550). The weight is sub circular in plan and the obverse face has a moulded design consisting of a fleur de lis / lys, with a pellet border. The reverse face is plain and undecorated. The coin weight has a diameter of 14.25 mm and is 2.70 mm thick. It weighs 2.96 grams. Withers & Withers (1995, 33) suggest that the fleur de lis / lys was used in both England and France for a florin between c. AD 1350 and c. AD 1550. An incomplete copper-alloy rectangular two piece strap end of Medieval date. Only one plate survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn. It is flat with a rounded terminal. At the attachment end are two V-shaped notches and two circular rivets holes. Both faces are undecorated. This strap end measures 43.48mm in length, 17.81mm in width, 0.90mm in thickness, 2.97g in weight. There is a similar example from London (Egan and Pritchard, 1991, p. 133, no. 609).

A complete medieval cast copper-alloy and enamelled heraldic harness stud (c. 1307-1324). The front face of the pendant carries an enamelled heraldic device comprising four transverse bands in blue enamel, with five red birds or martlets fairly evenly spaced around the plate, the silvering in between now missing due to post-depositional corrosion. At the attachment end is a pair of circular rivet holes, one still contains a separately cast copper-alloy rivet with a flattened round head. The outer edge of the attachment end has a pair of U-shaped notches. This buckle measures 20.10mm in length, 17.51mm in width, 0.77mm in thickness, 1.13g in weight.

A complete but worn copper-alloy spur buckle plate of folded sheet type of Medieval to Post-Medieval date. The frame end has a central rectangular pin slot. From here the plate tapers to an expanded circular terminal with a central circular rivet hole. Beneath the pin slot is a worn transverse ridge either side of a circular rivet hole which pierces the front and back plate. This buckle measures 33.51mm in length, 10.22mm in width, 3.02mm in thickness, 2.37g in weight. There are similar examples recorded on the PAS database (LVPL-BEE6C4), (NLM-7D0912).

The interior surface has a single transverse groove, but there are no other signs of decorative elements. This fragment measures 41.12mm in width, 8.85mm in length, 3.53mm in thickness, and 5.07g in weight. This is a rim sherd from a vessel of probable Medieval to Post-Medieval date, c.14th-17th centuries AD.
