A small body sherd from a medieval ceramic vessel of unknown form. The sherd has an off-white fabric with frequent small grained inlcusions. The sherd is glazed in an olive green with a blackish stripe arranged vertically; within this stripe is a decorative device similar to a row of B's on top of one another, in an orangey slip. The glazing is limited to the external wall of the fabric. Probably a Brill-Boarstall highly decorative vessel of the mid-13th or 14th century AD.
