Record ID: SUSS-75B584
Object type: UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT
Broad period: POST MEDIEVAL
County: Buckinghamshire
Workflow stage: Published
Period: post-1714 AD
Description: thin sheet silver object, badly damaged/ crumpled. On one side of what remains is an incised line along both long edges creating a border. Within this, on the same side, are further incised lines which could represent foliage. There also appears to be a partial maker's mark of 'M&' in the centre. The reverse appears plain.
Dimensions: Length: 37.19mm; Width: 24.90mm; Weight: 0.9g
Discussion: The style of lettering used for the maker's mark suggests a modern date.
