A complete but bent copper-alloy domed type thimble of Post-Medieval date. The rim is unthickened and has a circumferential groove. The straight sides are covered with extensive circular indentations that spiral from the crown to the base of the thimble. This thimble measures 11.50mm in height, 15.86mm in diameter, 0.81mm in thickness, 1.27g in weight. There are similar examples from London (Egan, 2005, p. 132, no. 621).
