Crude thumbnail scraper with small flakes removed by abrupt retouch of the dorsal side, and with some short scalar retouch also executed from the ventral side; the curving edge is battered. Grey flint with very slight patina possible scraper. Flake with broad flakes removed from the dorsal side and with ripples on the ventral. Short abrupt retouch created a curving working edge, part of which is battered, and a long flake was struck from the back of the tool (lower as illustrated) edge. Invasive angled scalar retouch executed from the dorsal aspect covers about half of that surface; part of a curving working edge is lost. Suggested date: Early Bronze Age, 2350-1600 BC. Neolthic to Bronze age flint end scraper 49mm long, 28mm wide and 8mm thick. The flint is in fair condition with a dark brown colour and weighs 12.98grams. the object has a triangular form and a cross section. It has removals on its upper surface which create the triangular shape and a steep triangular platform at its wider edge. This has been extensively re touched.

A late Neolithic or early Bronze Age scraper formed from a discoidal core dating to the period c. 2700 - 1801 BC. The scraper is oval in shape with one slightly flatter edge. There is no visible bulb of percussion. This may have been removed by flake removal. The ventral surface exhibits three negative flake removal scars along the top edge. It also exhibits a number of chips around the bottom edge which are most likely recent damage, given the shape of the chips and the colour of patination which is slightly darker than the rest of the object.
