A copper alloy Roman dupondius or as, probably issued by a member of the Julio-Claudian dynasty, dating from 31 BC-AD 68. It is likely from remaining detail of the bust that this coin was issued by Claudius (AD 41-54). Reverse type illegible, depicting a standing figure.
