Silver-gilt iconographic finger ring with a ridged bezel with two facets divided by a central mid-rib and bordered by accentuated edges. Each facet on the double bezel has an engraved figure, and the pair represent the Annunciation or the announcement of the Incarnation by the angel Gabriel to Mary (Luke 1:26-38), with Gabriel on the left and Mary on the right. Early post medieval copper alloy buckle 29mm long, 20mm wide and 3mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 5.62grams. The buckle has a double loop form with a central pin bar, either side of which, on eth outer frame is a small triangular protrusion. The frame has a lipped projection for the pin rest which is echoed on the opposite side.

A silver cut halfpenny of Henry III. Voided long-cross coinage, probably North Class 3, dating from 1248-1250. Mint of Lincoln.Cf. North 1991 Vol II, p. 226, nos. 986-988/1; probably Class 3c, but this is unclear due to the detail of the cut half remaining. The obverse bust is somewhat crude and the individual small and large pellets have blurred together to create haphazard dashes for the beard.

Late Medieval copper alloy 'beehive' thimble, 13mm high and 17mm in diameter with a weight of 4.13grams. The thimble has a plain cone shaped upper portion, marked with an incised line at its base. Below this is an area of hand drilled indentations bound on its lower side by another incised line. The indentations are separated into three sections by three borders formed of two incised lines. Medieval copper alloy mount cast in the form of a sexfoil with a central round aperture. The edges are chamfered and the reverse is flat. The centre of each foil is decorated with a punched dot. A heavy-duty piece (weight 13.05g) whose aperture seems too large (diameter 11mm) to have been involved in attachment. Diameter 32mm. Thickness 3.2mm. No close parallel noted. 13th - 15th century.

Two medieval sheet copper alloy dagger chapes, 15th century: - badly distorted lower part only, with overlapping seam, extant length 45mm. - overlapping seam, open base and level top. Below the top there is an encircling row of seven round holes above a single hole of the same size on the reverse and above a band of eleven punched dots between a pair of fine engraved lines on the front and sides. Below these the front is decorated with a cruciform arrangement of five round holes. Length 54mm. Width 18mm.

A severely double-struck Medieval short cross penny of Henry III. Probably Class 7b, dating from c. AD 1222-c. 1236. Uncertain moneyer. Probably Canterbury mint. Cf. North 1994 Vol I, p. 223, no. 979, (A)-(D). The letter A is square in shape on the reverse, in keeping with the style of Class 7b.
