Roman? copper alloy buckle plate fragment, 25mm long, 21mm wide and 2mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 5.07grams. The object consists of a rectangular open frame which has slight rectangular projections (one missing) at each corner, The lower projection has a circular depression in its centre, which was presumably echoed in its the now missing pair.
