A copper alloy blade fragment, probably a double-edged razor dating from the Middle to Late Bronze Age, about 2,150 BC - 1,500 BC. The fragment is roughly leaf-shaped with a pointed oval (or flat diamond-shaped) cross-section. The outside edges are very wavy and ragged and there does not appear to be a socket, instead being tanged, though this has broken off. The sides appear to curve inwards towards the tang. Late Bronze Age socketed axe, probably of South Wales (Stogursey Type) and of Ewart Park metalworking industry, of Needham's (1996)[1] period 7, dated to c. 950 - 750BC
The axe is fragmentary, broken across both its width and length (with a maximum surviving length of 45.0mm, a maximum surviving thickness of 13.5mm and a weight of 53.1g).
