A complete and corroded post-Medieval cast copper-alloy mount (c. 1600-c. 1700). This mount is broadly sub-triangular in plan, terminating at the apex with a trefoil knop. Below this two pointed lobes splay out laterally, one to either side. The body of the mount has a slightly wavy outline and contains a piriform openwork which is bevelled on the upper face. Medieval (13th to 14th century) barrel padlock: The copper alloy padlock has an angular cylindrical body. One terminal of the body has three square perforations, two on the upper row and one on the lower. The cylinder, in section, is a T-shape with a thick upper portion and a very short stem. A scraper fabricated on a thermal flake of dark grey flint. The scraper is sub-triangular in plan and appears to be an old thermal flake, with good repatination, that has been subsequently reworked. One face has circular, radiating ripples across it and the opposing face has a large area of pale grey cortex. The narrow end of the scraper has been worked using invasive, parallel, low-angle retouch to create a narrow, rounded scraping tip. There is also extensive short, scaled, abrupt retouch along one edge to produce a second scraping edge. This scraper is probably Neolithic in date.

A copper alloy, possible ring bezel for an oval stone or intaglio, AD.43-1800. The object is oval with chamferred edges and a shallow oval recess to accomodate the stone. The rear of the object has a shallow border around the edge with a slight thickening on opposed sides possibly where the ring band was attached. The regualrity of the casting and shape is suggestive of a later date, possibly post medieval, though the shape is consistent with Roman ring bezels. Post medieval copper alloy hooked belt mount of 17th century date The belt mount is incomplete, missing the hooked end (with a surviving length of 41.9mm, a surviving depth of 7.8mm and a weight of 6.0g). The mount has a trefoil apex and was attached using two rivets, secured through two holes, countersank at the rear. The front was decorated with an intricate floral-vine motif but now corroded. The damaged hook appears is now bent towards the rear. The surface is corroded and has a green to black patina.

Neolithic stone axehead, complete (with a length of 142.8mm and a weight of 536.3g) and has a consistent polish which has removed all the shaping, presumably through pecking. The butt is blunt and has an even curve (45mm wide). Both sides are straight and gradually divergent to the blade. Fragment of an Early Saxon copper alloy bow brooch, probably a Cruciform. The headplate has been broken recently so that only the central part remains. At the top of the incomplete, flat, D-sectioned bow a rectangular panel forming facets is decorated with side notches above two transverse grooves. On the tapering bow a median flute is flanked by grooves.The break is recent. On the reverse a single pin lug lies next to remains of the iron spring bar around which is wound a narrow copper alloy strip (perhaps part of a repair). Extant length 35.2mm. c.480 - c.530.
