The reverse depicts Roma standing right, foot on helmet, holding spear and cornucopiae and is inscribed COS - III PP S C. Mint of Rome. RIC vol II p 433 no 716a. The weight of this coin suggests that it is most llikely to be a dupondius.

A complete Medieval lead or lead alloy pendant (c. 1400-c. 1500). This pendant is in the form of a cross pattée and is similar to a Maltese cross. It is moulded at the front and flat at the rear. Each triangular arm is similar and at the front all edges are bevelled at angle of about 45°. At the front there is a slightly off-centre tall nipple or knop and each arm has a central pyramidal knop.
