Retouched flint flake of possibly broadly Mesolithic/Neolithic date, ranging from 9000 BC - 2200 BC. The flint is a tertiary flake, light grey/white coloured and slightly patinated. It is sub-triangular in plan and sub-triangular in section. There is some soft hammer, short, sub-parallel, semi-abrupt retouch to the right side edge towards the pointed end. The flint is 12.9mm long x 6.8mm wide x 2.8mm thick. Weight .21g.

An incomplete, copper alloy Roman brooch of Dragonesque type, dating from AD 75 - 175. The remaining portion consists of the central body and one of the zoomorphic terminals. The body is decorated with eight enamelled cells. There are four central, rectangular cells flanked by a pair of teardrop shaped cells at each end of the body. A flint thumb nail scraper dating from the late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age periods, about 2500 BC - 1500 BC. The scraper is formed on mottled light tan coloured flint, on a flake which is almost oval in plan and trapezoidal in section. All the sides are retouched with invasive semi abrupt removals to form the scraping edge. It is 28.4mm long, 27.8mm wide and 12mm thick. It weighs 10.74gm.

An early Medieval, cast copper alloy strap end, Thomas Class A, dating from AD 750 - 950.
The strap-end is flat in profile, splitting into two at the attachment end. It has convex sides and tapers from a width of 12.8mm at the open end, to a rounded, zoomorphic terminal in the form of an animal head at the closed end. The split, attachment ends of the plate each have a central, V shaped notch and there are two circular rivet holes, one of those in the upper part of the split is now broken. Both rivets are missing. A complete, single loop buckle of Meols type 4 dating from the Medieval period, about AD 1350 - 1400. The frame is oval and the upper face is bevelled. An incomplete, cast copper alloy, single loop composite buckle with integral forked spacer, dating from the Medieval period, about AD 1350 - 1500. The frame is a rounded oval and the upper side is bevelled. There is a small, pointed knop in the centre of the outer edge. The two sheet buckle plates and the pin are missing. The buckle has a smooth, dark brown patina. It is 43.1mm long, 14.1mm wide and 3.1mm thick. It weighs 3.7gm.

A lead alloy Russian bag or bale seal dating from AD 1824. Both sides carry raised Cyrillic lettering. It reads: NP / TL 12 K / 1824 and on the reverse: ӅД / Ӆ:ӅOБ / KOBБ / H 8. Two slots pass obliquely horizontally though the sub-circular disc from side to side. It measures 22.7mm diameter and is 5.3mm thick. 11.76g. It has a smooth cream patina.

It is opaque and mottled grey in colour with areas of patination. It is roughly sub-oval in plan and sub-oval in section.
