Post-medieval copper alloy harness mount, flat with a pair of integral round-sections attachment spikes on the reverse, perhaps portraying a bird with swept-back wings. The form is very close to that of two much larger pieces from the Isle of Wight (IOW-F9D806 and IOW-E879E7). Length 17.6mm. Width 14.3mm. 17th century.

Incomplete, worn and slightly distorted medieval copper alloy harness mount, a bar, slightly hollowed on the reverse, with a rivet hole between a double cusped moulding and a pointed terminal at one end, and a break beyond the start of an expansion at the other. A double transverse rib edges the cusps and there is another before the expansion. The front face was probably gilded. Extant length 80mm. Width 12mm, maximum width 17mm. 13th - 14th century.

Small fragment of a large post-medieval copper alloy harness mount, flat with one integral D-sectioned attachment spike on the reverse. A complete straight edge is followed by a groove and a zig-zag of grooves runs up to the break. Short lengthof two curving edges are present. Extant dimensions 34 x 13mm. 17th century.
