A Medieval to Post Medieval ceramic floor tile. The tile was originally square in shape with two flat faces and four sides. The tile is now broken with approximnately 30 percent of the tile now missing. The front face has remains of a cream slip which makes up a pattern, possibly of a fleu-de-lis, at the centre within a circle or similar. There are no traces of glaze remaining on the surface. The upper surface is decorated with a central incised cross-hatched design within what appears to be a foliate border though wear on the edges make this difficult to determine. The mount is widest at one end (at 14.4mm), which is straight and enhanced with diagonal grooves. The central area of the mount is flat sectioned (1.8mm thick), decorated with two, different sized apertures (5.5mm and 3.1mm diameter), around which the edges are serrated. The mount narrows to a terminal, globular knop (5.8mm wide and 3.2mm thick). The surface has a mid-green patina.

An incomplete fragment from a Bronze Age object, probably a spearhead or similar of later Bronze Age date. A small rectangular fragment survives preserving a central mid rib that is hollow at its centre, with flattened and tapering blades to either side. The blades are missing their cutting edges, and are separated from the mid rib by single longitudinal grooves. One face of the mid rib has multiple small oval shaped hammer marks, suggestive of deliberate breaking of the origial object in antiquity. A complete copper alloy small nail or tack of Post-Medieval date. The head of the tack is circular with a D-shaped section having a domed upper surface and flat reverse. The domed surface is decorated with an incised cross-hatched design and a short, circular sectioned shank projects from the centre of the reverse tapering to a worn point. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The head of the tack is 12.1mm in diameter, the shank is 4.3mm in diameter at its widest point and the object is 9.9mm long. It weighs 2.3g.

While it is not possible to allocate this fragment to a specific type it is likely to be from a large cooking vessel and dates from c. AD 1100 to c. An incomplete Medieval lead alloy pilgrim souvenir in the form of a rondel dagger scabbard, dating to the 15th century. The object is hollow cast with a round mouthpiece, larger than the rest, at the top and a diamond-shaped body beneath, tapering to the chape. The object has several projections along the body which appear to be casting sprues, suggesting this object is unfinished. Just over half of a post-medieval copper alloy double-looped buckle frame with a D-sectioned pin, both loops oval, with a small lobe at the ends of the bar. In the centre of the edge there is a quatrefoil lobe with three apertures, the larger central one of which is the result of miscasting and should have been double. This is not a very common type, cf. SF-196417. Estimated length 56mm. Width 28mm. c.1550 - c.1650.

An almost complete medieval pilgrim badge, or possibly a brooch, dating to the late 14th-early 15th century. The badge is formed of a cast, flat ring with a quatrefoil in the centre. On the reverse are the pin and catch-plate, which follow the line of the casting seam. Along the edge is a small worn projection, which would have formed a suspension loop. The pin has been distorted but is still complete. There are pellets running around the ring and further decoration on the quatrefoil. A lead spindle whorl of uncertain date (c. 800BC - AD 1600). The spindle whorl is circular with one flat face and one domed face. It measures 26.12mm in diameter and features a central circular perforation measuring 8.16mm in diameter. The lead has an off white patina and has been dented on one side. This is old damage as the dent has the same patination as the rest of the object. The artefact measures 26.12mm in diameter (internal diameter 8.16mm) and is 9.01mm thick. It weighs 27.79g.

Badly distorted, incomplete and worn medieval gilt copper alloy oval buckle frame. The bar, which was offset and narrowed and protruding at the sides, is almost all missing. There are two pairs of oblique grooves flanking a central one in the centre of the convex and ovoid-sectioned outside edge. These stand above the level of the surrounding surface.
