A complete copper alloy button of post-medieval date. The button is discoidal, with a flat back and convex front. A small raised knop is present at the centre of the domed side and a separately cast attachment loop projects from the centre of the reverse.
The metal has a shiny black patina and is worn. The button is 15.1mm in diameter, 6.4mm thick and weighs 5.3g.

An incomplete tombac button of post-medieval date. The button is discoidal, with a flat back and convex front. A small raised knop is present at the centre of the domed side and the worn and broken remains of an attachment loop project from the reverse.
The metal has a shiny greenish-grey patina and is worn. The button is 12.3mm in diameter, 5.4mm thick and weighs 2.4g.

A complete post Medieval cast copper alloy button. The button has a flat upper surface which appears to be undecorated. The flat lower surface has lettering around the outer edge, which is not fully legible. There is a 3.1mm high soldered loop attached centrally on the lower surface.
