A lead spindle whorl of uncertain date (c. 800BC - AD 1600). The spindle whorl is circular with one flat face and one domed face. It measures 26.12mm in diameter and features a central circular perforation measuring 8.16mm in diameter. The lead has an off white patina and has been dented on one side. This is old damage as the dent has the same patination as the rest of the object. The artefact measures 26.12mm in diameter (internal diameter 8.16mm) and is 9.01mm thick. It weighs 27.79g.

A lead weight of uncertain date (c. 800BC - AD 1600). The weight is circular with flat faces and measures 39.32mm in diameter. It features a central circular perforation measuring 17.66mm in diameter. Each face is decorated with two concentric bands of incised crescent shapes. The band is also decorated with a concentric band of incised crescent shapes. The lead has an off white patina which has been damaged in places to reveal a dark grey core. Theweight measures 39.32mm in diameter (internal diameter 17.66mm) and is 18.30mm thick. It weighs 47.96g.

Medieval lead seal matrix of 13th or 14th century date The matrix complete and is of circular form (29.7 - 30.3mm diameter and weighting 16.3g). At the apex on the rear is a trapezoidal lug (11.5mm long, 7.3mm deep, 4.7mm thick and giving the matrix an overall depth of 10.2mm), which unusually does not have a perforation. Lead seal. Cast discoid bag seal with a slot in one edge opposite a bifurcated slot, to function as a drawstring fastener. The seal bears a stamped motif on both sides, discernible as the cornucopiae emblem of the Dutch-based Ohlendorff company of guano fertiliser importers and suppliers, active from the later 19th century until the 1920s. Part of a circumferential legend reads: [---] LIMITED. Suggested date: Modern, 1885-1925. Diameter: 22mm, Thickness: 4.6mm, Weight (with trapped soil): 10.71gms.
