An incomplete copper alloy mount of post-medieval date. The mount is circular with a slightly domed profile and concave reverse. An integral raised knop is present at the centre of the upper surface though the object is otherwise undecorated. No means of attachment is visible. The metal has a dark green patina and is worn. The mount is 26.7mm in diameter, 6.5mm thick and weighs 9g.

The hinge has a single, central lug (10.6mm high, 12.3mm long and 2.8mm thick, giving the lid an overall depth of 15.0mm) with a large sub-circular aperture (6.2mm diameter). The body is sub-circular (25.8mm long, 23.9mm wide and 4.8mm deep) and is deeper at the hinge end (7.4mm compared to 6.2mm). Badly distorted, incomplete and worn medieval gilt copper alloy oval buckle frame. The bar, which was offset and narrowed and protruding at the sides, is almost all missing. There are two pairs of oblique grooves flanking a central one in the centre of the convex and ovoid-sectioned outside edge. These stand above the level of the surrounding surface. Estimated length and width 18 and 40mm. 13th - 14th century.

A large fragment of cast copper-alloy metal working debris. It is roughly rectangular in form and triangular in section, tapering at one end while expanding at the other where it is open and flattened. All surfaces are pitted and have sooting or burning suggesting exposure to heat or fire. It measures 88.85mm in length, 33.52mm in width, 22.22mm in thickness, and 93.82g in weight. This is a large fragment of metal working debris that could be of any date from the Bronze Age onward.

An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date, c. 1600-1700. The buckle was double-framed, but only one frame remains. This frame is generally trapezoidal in plan with a cast integral crossbar, and a pin made from a triangular length of copper alloy with one end wrapped around the crossbar. The outer frame has a rounded knop at each corner, with a slight projection in the centre of the frame.

The upper and lower frames have mould crescentic decoration to either side of the crossbar, with the outer tips of each cresent flanking the outer frame, such that the outer frame appears to have outward turned 'horns'.
