A worn post medieval silver sixpence of James I dating to the period AD 1604 - 1619 (Second coinage). Shield on reverse. Uncertain mint. The coin is bent inwards across the middle from 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock on the obverse. Cf. North, p. 146, no. 2102 - 2103.

A worn silver post medieval sixpence of Elizabeth I dating to the period AD 1558 - 1603. Shield of arms over long cross fourchee reverse type. Uncertain mint. Several parts of the flan have broken off and the coin is worn on both faces.
