A complete copper alloy buckle of early-medieval date. The buckle is D-shaped in plan and circular in section with a narrowed and recessed strap bar. The outer edge of the frame is wide and decorated with parallel curved incisions giving a twisted rope-like effect and the pin no longer remains. Where the frame meets the strap bar it terminates in zoomorphic knops which are most probably crude representations of animal heads confronting across the bar. An incomplete copper alloy headstud brooch of Roman date. The head of the brooch is comprised of rectangular wings from the reverse of which a spring mechanism projects with 9 turns of the spring. The pin proper no longer remains and the mechanism is heavily corroded. The wings themselves are decorated with five steps on the front face, two of which are incised with repeating lines. To the top of the head is a worn central spine and a coil of wire which would have joined to the spring. A complete copper alloy toggle of Iron Age to Roman date. The toggle is of the dumbbell type comprising two globular hemispherical terminals joined by a waisted central circular shaft. Integral raised collars are present where the shaft and terminals meet. The metal has a mid green patina and is worn. The toggle is 23.2mm long, 11.7mm in diameter at the terminals, 8mm in diameter at the shaft and weighs 11.1g. Numerous similar examples have been recorded on the Portable Antiquities Scheme database, for example: YORYM-1A6833, SWYOR-72CC15A, NARC-4C2B74 and NCL-DD6E92.

The toggle is undecorated. The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. The toggle is 21.2mm long, 9.9mm in diameter at the terminals, 4.4mm in diameter at the shaft and weighs 5.1g. Numerous similar examples have been recorded on the Portable Antiquities Scheme database, for example: YORYM-1A6833, SWYOR-72CC15A, NARC-4C2B74 and NCL-DD6E92.
