A medieval lead seal matrix of thirteenth century AD date. The body of the matrix is circular with a diameter of 35.0mm and thickness of 3.6mm. One surface contains a legend reading + S' ANDREE FIL' RADVLFI. This legend is bordered above and below by a thin line. At the centre is a flower formed of a central pellet (diameter 1.7mm), around which four wider oval petals (length 8.2mm, width 3.7mm), alternating with four thinner oval petals (length 6.1mm, width 1.6mm) are arranged. An incomplete Post-Medieval (1600-1900) lead object in the form of a head with prominent chin and hooked nose, possibly meant to represent Pulcinello (Punchinello), a classical character originating in the commedia dell'arte of the 17th century and later developing into the puppet Punch.
